The Campbell County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking public comment regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 3 and 4 Rules.

The proposed amendments update language used within the code and are generally non-substantive.

Open Burning Restriction Rescinded

The open burning restrictions that have been in effect since August 8, 2018, will be rescinded as of 12:01 a.m. October 17, 2018.

The Campbell County Fire Chief, Commissioners and first responders encourage everyone to use good fire safety management practices and sound judgement with open burning.
